Red Buff & Blend Satin Airway 10" is used in most light sanding applications as a higher speed application. As a result, it can remove light oxidation in a short time. Used at low rpm to mid rpm, therefore‚ never use above 2400 rpm. Only available in 10" configuration. For heavier oxidation removal, please feel free to look into our red buff & blends. If you prefer an even lighter touch, however, we'd recommend Sanding Hook & Loop 5 inch Discs at a 600 grit.

This buffing wheel excels at removing oxidation and corrosion from aluminum surfaces, significantly reducing prep time. Customers said it "cuts time down double fold" and works great for cleaning wheels, welds, and diamond plate. Most effective at 1,400-2,000 RPM. Note: wears quickly with heavy use and shreds on steps.

This wheel is AMAZING! It cuts my time down double fold rather than sanding corrosion or an old rim. Often times I can use this and do a 2 stage buff and I'm happy with the shine quality. Amazing product !

I am amazed at how good the Red Satin Wheel cleaned up this wheel wich at one time was on the inside.This wheel was just cut as we deliver to jobsites some. Im still learning and use my polisher on the backwall as i find its easier for me to handle then use grinder on the rest. The satin airway buff really cuts down on my sanding time. For a small operation like mine I recommend ordering two so that you have one on hand. These get ate up pretty quick, but they save so much time it's worth it.

These are great for cleaning up welds and diamond plate. I run them around 2k rpm for an aggressive cut and back it down to around 1,400 rpm for a finer finish

This was one of the missing pieces to the puzzle!! I struggle with prep before cutting and this bad boy has seemed to have save a lot of time in getting ready for sanding. My wheels have some age on them and have been through the streakin beacon which has left them almost white and this takes alot of the acid damage out. If you are new to learning to polish this is a must have!!!!

Was very skeptical at first but this works great for stripping wheels. Then 320 400 and 600. Then ready for a cut. Very good product. Don’t try to use on steps. Shreds the wheel fairly quickly

This ceramic wax is amazing. I originally buffed and wax the semis and tractors. I use this as the maintainer. It last for a long time for a wax. Man does it repel water and helps to get bug off with minimal effort. The other nice thing is you let haze slightly and whip off. It never streaks. I love this stuff

Work great! Bought them to replace 2 aluminum ones that i couldn't put any faith in due to the nature of polishing metals. Steel is the better way to go obviously.
