Polishing Compound

Color: Yellow Rouge

Polishing Compound

Found here is every variety of Polishing Compound that Evan uses. Whether you are looking to polish stainless steel or aluminum, we've got you covered. We've waded through all the unnecessary ones and bring you just the best of the best.

The Brown and Green compounds are used mainly on aluminum but there are other uses and applications where they work. Another use can be on plastics such as headlights and plexiglass.

The Black and Yellow compounds are specifically designed for stainless polishing. Other uses include actual steel. Yes we said steel. The yellow works well in small amounts and with a green buff at higher speeds on stainless.

Yellow one step is great for cut and color of aluminum- may take more pressure or passes however.

White is for high gloss on aluminum or as a light cut or color on stainless.

For the absolute best possible shine, try our premium finish purple bar. It is similar to the show green in how you use it.

Show brown pairs well with the yellow buff.

Show green pairs well with the 40 ply loose domet flannel or the 20 ply centerplated flannel at 1800 rpms.

All of these compounds pair well with the airway buffs sold in the gallery.

MUST READ FULL DISCLAIMER!!!! Show polishing compound will not take something rough and turn it into show quality. Show compounds are for touching up aluminum that is already in good or really good condition. Furthermore, you will find that these compounds will not work on metal that is rough in condition or not so decent shape. If your truck is in rough shape my best recommendation would be to polish it a few times with our regular compounds before going down this route.
