The URO Wool hook and loop pad is the ideal pad for heavy buffing paint or cut buffing paint. Furthermore we found the URO Wool pad useful in the metal polishing process as well. I'll explain: Here in my shop in Chilton, WI we use the URO Wool pad on an orbital buffer. This process works great to polish fronts of tanks where a buffer doesn't fit. Pair this product with the Luhmi one step metal polish and you have a one-two punch on those hard-to-reach areas.
These URO Wool pads can be purchased in both 5" and 6" sizes to better suit your personal needs. The 5" pads work great in the small hard-to-reach areas and the 6" pads work great on the larger surfaces.
I'll even go as far to say that we have been selling these pads to people that are polishing with a rotary buffer and the luhmi or our Time2Shine aluminum polish on big surfaces. Big surfaces would include tankers, dump trailers, etc... In our shop we have found great success with this combo.
