AlumaClear is a clear coat product specially formulated to protect, maintain shine, and prevent oxidation and corrosion on all aluminum surfaces it is applied to.  Depending on your application and use, it can be expected to last between 2-5 years under normal conditions, and is easy to remove and reapply at any time.  Use on your aluminum wheels, diamond plate, truck boxes, semi fuel tanks, and any other aluminum surfaces that are exposed to the elements. A single can will treat 6 semi wheels or 2 fuel tanks.

Install tips: Clean Aluminum with Lacquer thinner and paper towels extremely well. 

Wheels: 1 light coat followed with a heavy coat before 1st coat dries. spinning wheel makes it easier. Having a smaller fan blowing on the wheel to dry it faster helps keep runs from starting.

Fuel tanks: Spray in sections. front, rear, between straps. No masking is necessary as overspray will fall off rubber and can be wiped off stainless with lacquer thinner. Mask off painted areas if needed.

If you get a milky look, it is too hot, humid and damp to apply at that time. wait till temp cools off.

Alumaclear can be removed with Lacquer thinner at any time.
