These Foam Wax Pads are designed to be mounted to a 5" or 6" hook and loop backing pad. The high-quality foam will help with both metal polishing and paint polishing.
The Blue foam wax pads are stiffer for heavier cutting, while the White pad is softer and designed for more finesse polishing like paint and large sheets of aluminum.
Pair these pads with the Time 2 Shine Aluminum Metal Polish and you'll have a quick way to finish.

I recently purchased the white and the blue pads. Four of each. I used two of the white and two of the blue. The blue did a great job cutting and the white was a good finish pad. The problem with both came to light when I cleaned them, I used a 50/50 mix if simple green and water. Left the pads soak for 15 minutes and rinsed them out in hot water. The velcro backing on the pad literally just fell off. I've cleaned a lot of pads in this manner over the years in the same manner and have never had one do this. The over the counter pad cleaners don't even touch this aluminum gunk. I like Evan and every other product that I have bought from him. Everything so far has been top notch. He has helped me a lot with my project and I will continue to use his products. I just thought he should know that there might be a problem with these pads before he gets a lot of them out there.
Good to know- we apologize for the inconvenience. We have honestly never tried to wash them and reuse.
