How to Polish in Tight Areas?

Cone buffs are used to polish in tight areas. They are designed specifically for the holes of wheels. The cone can also be used underneath the valve stems where you can't quite reach with the buffer. We've seen polishers also use these in between the lugnuts. For metals that are in good shape, we personally recommend using the time2shine aluminum hand polish with the buff.  Likewise, if the wheels are in rougher shape, we recommend Luhmi 

How to Use a Cone Buff

The cone buff has the stud to be attached to a drill.  Apply a little bit of compound or hand polish to the cone buff and apply to the area needing polished. Whether spinning at high speed or low speed it works both ways.
