The 10" Abrasive Pinwheel designed for aggressive removal of surface imperfections and contaminants from metal surfaces prior to the polishing process. Manufactured with premium aluminum oxide abrasives, these wheels are available in 80,100,120,180,220, and 400 grit options to match a variety of surface preparation needs.

The pinwheel is ideal for removing pitting, heavy oxidation, rust, scratches, and other surface defects while providing consistent material removal.

These abrasive pinwheels are especially effective on projects with perpendicular sides, corners, and hard-to-reach areas where conventional sanding tools struggle to perform. The flexible abrasive flaps also conform well to curved and contoured surfaces, making them more versatile than rigid sanding discs.

For best performance, these abrasive pinwheels should be operated on a variable-speed grinder at speeds not exceeding 2,500 RPM. Use in combination with safety flanges and a Grease Stick to maximize cutting efficiency and wheel life.
